The New Year is all about new beginnings and now is the perfect time to recommit to your personal health and fitness. The certified fitness professionals at the Silverthorne Recreation Center are dedicated to helping members meet and exceed their health goals for the year ahead. The Rec Center offers high quality fitness classes for all levels including a robust line-up of  drop-in fitness classes such as yoga, cycling, strength training, water fitness, pilates and more. Many of these classes are included in the daily admission fee or guest membership passes. The Rec Center also offers numerous session-based classes including Zumba, xtrain, yoga basics, water rehab and new for 2017, arial yoga!

The Silverthorne Recreation Center was voted the #1 fitness facility in Summit County thanks to the friendly front desk staff who greets guests and assists with pass questions; the experienced and knowledgeable aquatics staff who ensure a safe environment while providing excellent swimming and water fitness instruction; and the top-notch fitness equipment, which includes total access pieces designed for all abilities.
