Fourth Street Crossing

Published August 8, 2018

Late last month, Milender White submitted its Fourth Street Crossing Preliminary Site Plan to the Town of Silverthorne. As part of the planning process, the team hosted a community open house on July 12 that drew about 300 people.

“We had an excellent turnout, and want to thank everyone who stopped by the event,” said Tim Fredregill, Development Executive for Milender White. “Once again, we had overwhelming support for the programming we currently have planned on the site.”

Milender White’s site plan calls for a mixed-use development that is rooted in the Silverthorne Comprehensive Plan and the Town Core Design District Standards and Guidelines. Programming includes a 26,000-sq. ft. market hall with several food and beverage choices, a 100+ key hotel, for-sale townhomes and condos and several “main street” shops on 4th Street.

“It has been great working with the Town and the community over the last 16 months,” Fredregill said. “We are extremely proud of where we are at, and look forward to making a new downtown for Silverthorne a reality.”

Over the next few months, the development team will work closely with the Town on the specifics of the site plan as they work towards final approval and start of construction.
