Fourth Street Crossing Update

Published October 5, 2017

Fourth Street CrossingSince its open house in May, the Fourth Street Crossing development team has been working hard to finalize its site plan.

“We have received so much interest in this project,” said Tim Fredregill, Milender White development executive. “It has been great, but really, it’s not all that surprising. Everyone we have spoken to about this project agrees that Silverthorne is the biggest opportunity in Summit County.”

Milender White is very close to announcing several site partners for Fourth Street Crossing, including the hotel brand, the market hall group, and the residential and retail sales teams. Be sure to check back in for an official announcement this fall.

“The plan is really coming together,” Fredregill said. “We are proud to be spearheading this effort and look forward to creating something unique within the Silverthorne community.”

Milender White is targeting to break ground in 2018. Residential sales will launch early 2019. Sign up to receive the Fourth Street Crossing newsletter here or follow the project on Facebook.
