Silverthorne Development Update: Final Site Plan Submitted for Fourth Street Crossing

As 2019 gets underway, Silverthorne’s most noted development projects are moving full steam ahead with some exciting milestones on the horizon. Milender White, the development team behind Fourth Street Crossing, recently submitted its final site plan to the Town of Silverthorne. Based on past Council feedback, the team made a few adjustments to initial plans, most notably in the architecture, which now has a more unique, mountain-modern feel; the programming has not changed. Late last month, Milender White submitted its Fourth Street Crossing Preliminary Site Plan to the Town of Silverthorne.
